soa-expire-default recommended RIPE value

soa-expire-default is 604800 in the hardcoded code and config file example. actually the recommended value by RIPE is the one found in RFC1912, which is 2-4 weeks, and I would say 4 weeks is a good value. I see no reason to have it lower unless you plan to completely remove domains too often, which is pretty unlikely nowadays.

while this may be true, it really doesn't matter that much, and if we changed this default, people would get different powerdns instances reporting out of sync data if they rely on the default default. Not a strong argument, but also not a strong reason to do anything. sorry!
