Description

Hello, I keep getting server errors when trying access my PowerDNS Express account, and also if I use the Contact form on both PowerDNS and PowerDNS Express websites. I am not a technician, but the problem appears to be related to pressing the Submit or Login buttons.

I use the account for work, so I need this to be resolved URGENTLY.

Also, a message sent to support@… was undeliverable.

My Express account username is creighton@… which is also my contact email address.

I have forwarded your complaint to the right people. Bad as your situation is, it is not a powerdns software bug so I can't help you here.

Bert.

Thanks Bert.

Who should I contact in the future? Trilab? I have already sent 2 support emails over 12 hours but still no fix or reply (just ticket # received).

As you know, failures on the public websites reflect on your work as people loose faith in the service as a whole.

Thanks again.

Creighton.

Turned out to be a proxy server issue between reporter & website.
