Various site navigation issues.

In trying to report #342, I ran into a couple of other issues:

#1) On the main  http://doc.powerdns.com page, there is a link for the maintainers email address. <pdns.bd@…> However, emails to this address bounce.

#2) On the  TodoList page, there is a link in the first line which supposedly allows you to file a  Ticket However, it takes you to a 404 page.

#3) I could not find any info on submitting a ticket, until I was pointed to the anon/NoSpam login via IRC. People who don't use IRC, may never report an issue or concern (or even patch?) they might have if it's that difficult to supply.
